As a resident of a Brighten Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, you receive a full range of nursing and medical care to meet your individual needs, including rehabilitative services, long-term skilled care or treatment for Alzheimer's disease and related dementia. Working with your physician, our staff – including medical specialists, nurses, nutritionists, dietitians and social workers – establishes a comprehensive treatment plan intended to restore you to your fullest practicable potential.
