BRIGHTEN STAR PROGRAM


Philosophy

Investing of ourselves, personally and professionally, to promote optimum quality of care, one resident at a time. The Brighten Star Program is a method for monitoring and meeting customers' needs and concerns quickly.

Program

Brighten Stars are staff members who work at the center and serve as resident and family advocates for the residents they serve. Each resident is assigned a Brighten Star who is focused on meeting their needs. This assignment gives residents and their families a champion who can address concerns quickly and responsibly.

Whether you are staying with us a short time or are planning to make this Brighten Health Group your home, we are committed to seeing that you receive the care and services you need to be as comfortable as possible.

Brighten Stars visit their assigned residents immediately after admission and then regularly once the resident has settled in. During these visits, the Brighten Star can help address concerns, celebrate special events, and follow up with other departments on communicating specific residents' needs. The Brighten Star will also stay in touch with family members or close friends. Families and residents are also encouraged to contact the Brighten Star if there is anything they would like to discuss between their regular visits.

Brighten Health Group is committed to seeing that each resident receives the care and services needed to be a comfortable as possible.
